Whilst industrial units are convenient, they seldom inspire, so we chose to locate ourselves within the beautiful and inspirational South Downs, occupying refurbished farm buildings in a slightly quirky village. Double-Barrelled are a modern, independent brewery based in Reading, Berkshire. Holy Goat is a Dundee based brewery specialising in the production of mixed- fermentation and wood aged beers. We have taken an unconventional approach to yeast and fermentation, opting for a proprietary method that utilises Brettanomyces yeast for long maturation times (typically 3-4 months) to produce unique, complex, full-flavoured sour beer.

Vault City Brewing create Modern Sour Beer with a focus on fruit forward flavours, in the heart of Scotland at Portobello, Edinburgh.
