BCOE&M 2.8.0: Upload Scanned Judges’ Scoresheets
It’s simple to upload judges’ scoresheets and accompanying documentation for user download.
- Scan to PDF each entry’s judging-related materials in the proper order (cover sheet followed by each judge’s scoresheet).
- Name each entry’s PDF file the six-digit judging number followed by the .pdf file extension (e.g., 123456.pdf).
- From the Admin Dashboard or the Admin sidebar menu, find the Scoring section and select “Upload Scoresheets.”
- Upload each file individually or in batches.
Once uploaded, the PDF files will be made available to entrants via their My Account page in the Entries section by clicking on the gavel icon in the Actions column:
